If I didn't have to be @ work (Chevy Chase), I'd have taken the same kind of picture.

I think the weather man might have gotten this one wrong;)  But then, what's new about that!
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should;)

Hey Gerhed, you could have gotten some good pictures at Virginia International Raceway today.
I ran the Lancia in a downpour with Dunlop M3 Snowtires. Several frogs were seen drown.  ;D ;D

I keep telling you all, you gotta buy bikes for the wife!  Since  my wife's Shadow is in the garage right in between my bikes, she doesn't complain when snow is burying both our cars.   ;D

This is a proven tactic that has worked for me several years now, even paved the way for more purchaces.

RockingM,

I chased a cigar shaped Fulvia along the entire north coast of Sicily
in my Fiat 124 Spyder (still have it) one fine afternoon in 1970--couldn't catch him !
Which model do you have?

Ah ha another Fiat!

I have a 124 Spider (1980 fuel injected) that I time trial.

and the Lancia Beta that is Farm Use ;D

Actually I've decided I ought to sell the Lancia before I abuse it, driving in the snow and what
not, and find a Subaru or some sort of good mileage 4x4 for the business.

Ok Gerhed, you need to meet up with the Fiat DC Rescue fellows.
and get that Fiat out and drive it. I assume it's an eurospec 1608?? :)

There is the Moonshine Rally in Winston Salem NC May the 5th.
It's a good fun run and the folks are great.
Nice vintage cars around.
Come on down with it.

Rocking:

It's actually small engine 1438 cc, I think--much harder to get parts for, I've found.
And U.S. spec.--I was in the Navy and Special Services could get you
a U.S. spec.--Fiat 124 spyder, a 914 Porche, a Super Beetle, an Opel Manta, an MGB.
All about the same price--$2500
Also avail was the 911 Targa-- about twice--Officers Country.

Gerhed, on Mirafiori.com there was just a new thread listed for vintage Fiat pictures.
I bet you have a ton of great ones. Why don't you come on over and jine up and post them?
