New guy and bike from Texas
« on: May 22, 2021, 05:57:42 AM »
Hi all, been here a long time back and just got my new to me #6 of the CB750 SOHC's I've owned over the years. Bought this one out of Pennsylvania. As soon as I got it home I sold the cafe seat, the 4 into 2 exhaust, and installed new oem front fender, new oem lower tachometer chrome plate, checked valve settings, polished and polished some more, etc.. I just rebuilt the carbs yesterday with oem Honda needles/seats and gaskets. She ran excellent when I got her with a little over 10,000 miles, just dripped out the overflows is all. Anyways this bike is a Jewel and runs excellent. I"m a retired mechanic working out of the last shop for almost 39 years.

Thanks 754. Stuff was on the bike when I got it off Ebay a couple months ago and just go it delivered a couple weeks ago. It's a Pamco electronic conversion I'm assuming the old owner bought as a kit. All I get off the coils is Wat-Yong on the sticker and the wires say Ultimate Performance. She's on the money and fires instantly and runs fantastic or will just as soon as I get that fuel line in. I have some good 1/4" line, but it's too fat and won't fit thru the carb rack holes and I won't to run them like factory. Here's a shot for you though:
