I bought this old CB750K for $600 here in Southern Ontario (Canada), it was an old police motorcycle back in the 70s in Niagara Falls. It had gone through several owners and looked like someone had finally taken it on as a project and was overwhelmed and left it. It hadn't run in 10+ years, had low compression, was missing many parts, had no wiring harness, had cracks in the lower mount recesses of the crankcase, had broken fins on the top end, and was generally a mess.

I rebuilt the top end, had the cracks and fins repaired, shorted the frame to suit a cafe style, used the M.Unit/M.Button to create a new harness, used a TuffSide seat, CognitoMoto rear sets, Ikon rear shocks, used V35 dual piston calipers as well as lots more upgrades.

This was my first project and a really steep learning curve but it was an amazing process. I'll post some 'before and after' photos below as well as the YouTube link. I made over 50 episodes on the build itself in the hopes I would encourage someone interested in starting the journey even though they have no experience. I wanted to show if I can do it, anyone can with the right attitude, time, and hard work.

This is a 10 minute timelapse of the entire build:

Here is a bit of fun I had once it was all done with some cinematic footage:

This is a link to the playlist of videos included in the entire build if anyone is interested:

Thanks, I had a massive amount of help from articles and folks here on SOHC4.
