Medical people refer to helmet less riders as organ donors.
I see them frequently and shake my head knowing if they do not die in the accident  they likely have a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) ruining their lives and finances for life.

also known as brain buckets,in severe accidents your heads contents dont go all over the place.
