Today I mounted all the side covers, except for the alternator cover.

I'm missing washer #6 in the picture, part number 28109300000.



Also it's not available anymore at CMSNL.

I'm 100% sure it wasn't there before, because I put everything in bags and labeled them.

Can I use other washers for this as it's "only for the starter motor"?

Anyone has the dimensions of this washer?

those get lost a lot as when you remove your stator cover, they will often stay in the cover, only to fall out unnoticed later.
If it works good, it looks good...

If you like bead blasting, vapor blasting will blow your mind on other more delicate parts and finishes.

I've read a lot about it.
You also don't need to worry about getting glass beads in your engine, which is a great thing.

Probably long lost by any of the previous owners.

I can laser cut it out of 1mm steel at work, but I think it's supposed to be a hardened steel washer...

I am in the same situation but measuring the free play The disc could be 2mm to 2.5mm

What were your findings? ( and did you make a spare)??

Yes, I laser cut it out of 1mm thick stainless steel.
But the engine is still out of the bike, so I don't have any findings yet  ;D

Long time no see again, as I don't have much (or any) time to work on the bike.
Meanwhile I worked on the frame to fit the seat that I 3D-printed.
I also installed my self-made frame split kit.





Also I ordered some oversize (61.25mm) pistons from CMS that I will balance tomorrow.



A larger update will come soon.
