Hey guys haven't been on this forum in years it feels like, got a little cb400t 1979 twin in the shop helping a friend fix it up and having a bit of an issue with an oil leak on the front of the motor. I did the baby powder leak test to give you guys a better look but there's a machined channel that runs in between the left cylinder and the cam chain valley and it would seem oil us leaking past somehow and squirting out. I followed all the manual torque values cleaned everything and replaced the gaskets for the top end but still have the leak.
In fact the leak is actually worse now that the casings have been cleaned. I've ran it for about 15 minutes to observe and inspect and will be going back to retorque and see if that helps with anything.
