Nice post goodtryer.

I wonder how the inclusion of other metals factor in?  Most “aluminum” these days is far from pure, but alloyed with other metals.  The carbs we have are certainly not pure aluminum.  And I have no doubt that ethanol blended fuel is not good for them.  But, there are many that simply have no choice in the matter,  which, I believe was the intention of government mandates.  …to make your life better, of course. ::)
