$70 USD from Yamiya, brand new. It's a reproduction but looks identical.

I was in the process of making one like this by using that clear blue resin points cover and adding the fins and the honda emblem but then I came across that one.

Hey David do you know if the repros have any trouble with the fitment? it gives a little disclaimer down in the description about possible altering or modifying for fitment.

but for that price it would save me some moola and be able to buy me some of those K0 750 side covers from frankenstuff to start another build thread for sandcast aluminum K0 side covers.

And I think that the blue points cover I have is one of Frankenstuffs older covers he used to make.

It looks like that one for the 750 is the only one offered. I checked the 400f to see what they have and I only saw the Yoshimura cover which looks awesome! I could not believe 150 for a tinted clear points cover or 350 for the clear NOS cover.

Ok I think I will just have to continue with the one I was working on, but also get a set of those side covers for another build thread!

I can see why that cover is so much. it is a PITA to make
after one after another of half cast fails I made that one in the last pic but while trimming off the aluminum on the inside, the wall was exposed.
I went back and dug a little more out of the sand mold to beef up the walls but after casting it was difficult to grind a flat wall.
So I beefed up the original cover... recast... beefed up the cover that needed taller fins... recast... and after grinding/ de burr I took to the hand files for awhile.
going to head over to the storage shed to try it on and if it fits I'll keep it and move on.

with the shape of this one I thought it would have been easier to cast but with the angle added with fins and emblem it adds double than triple amount of failures.
Luckily it is on matches up with overall look of everything else on the bike.
I will probably see about adding black to the logo old it up like I did on the 70's SOHC badge cover
