I talked to racing sport services and they told me that the rear mods were only changed spacers, low profile rotor mounting bolts and a front offset sprocket....no machining of any hub carrier. Awesome.

I guess an offset sprocket and maybe a variety bag of axle spacers from tc bros or something is the first thing Ill get. They used a Suzuki rear caliper so maybe the spacing on that gave them the play side to side they needed.

Got the frame painted and a little bit back together this afternoon:

Rustoleum appliance epoxy Stainless Steel 7887830

Did you prime or just scuff it up before using the appliance paint?
slow Progress 74 cb550.

Oh Hi, just spotted this sorry. I just scuffed it up & hosed it down with brake cleaner. When that was dry I sprayed the appliance epoxy, 2 cans in light coats over 90 minutes or so.

The rear fender is early cb750 with bad chrome, I sanded it with a random orbital for a while with...220 grit?
