The final series points race will be held at MDIR this weekend.  The current plan is to go up to race the F3 in street ET,  my small tire dragbike in the 5.60 index class,  and my car tire Kaw in top sportsman.  I'm hoping to make some rounds in all class. If you're in the area,  stop by and give me some encouragement.

Quick race report:

Was number 11 qualifier in top sportsman with a 7.98 ET @158mph. Won 1st round Saturday night. Qualified in the middle of the field in the 5.60 index class with  5.63. Lost first round Saturday night with a horrible reaction time and bike didn't run close to the index. Needs to be freshened up. Won 1st round in street ET Sunday morning.  Lost 2nd round due to slow reaction time and didn't run on my dial in. Lost 2nd round top sportsman after shutting down to soon before the stripe and opponent rolled past me for the win. Ended my weekend.  Not the best weekend but I came home uninjured and the bikes not broken so for that I'm thankful.

Frank, bringing your bike and yourself unharmed is a win in my book. Sorry things didn’t turn out better, but like you said, no repairs needed.
Lifting a drink to better results next outing!!

Thanks for the update.

BTW, you probably won on looks if that were part of winning…. ;)

X2 on bringing the equipment and rider home intact. Some weekends we just have to settle for hanging out with our racing friends and family.
