Topic: 1979 cb650z uk model

Hello folks,could anyone tell me the clip position for the needle jet on a cb650z,1979 uk model. dont see it
in manual. The bike is being assembled back to standard. Main jets are 92 and the bike will have original
airbox/exhausts fitted. Its just that looking under the main jet/emulsion tubes,the needles look different heights.?

the needles on the 79 are not adjustable. only on the linkage when vacuum syncing.

Thanks for that. That would be why I dont see anything in the spec then.
Appreciated my friend. i got this 650 which was fitted with a 550 engine,carbs
and loom. Gathered all the 650 stuff aff fleabay over past year so that answers
my question....Top man

The UK bikes may have had adjustable needles, only way to find out is to take them apart.

CMS is showing adjustable needles in their parts fiche.
