Some of that is corrosion, so you might just start with a bucket of warm water and an SOS pad. The kind that is very fine and makes lots of blue soap. Give it all a gentle wash and rinse clean. They’re not going to look perfect without refinishing, but they will look 10X better.

You might want to take it off the bike and remove the discs for a really good cleaning?
