Honda Parts manager in the mid 1970s Nashua Honda

1976 K6 Anteres Red rebuilding project, was originally my brother's that I set up from the crate, it'll breath again soon!

2008 GL1800 my daily ride and cross country runner

Prior bikes....
1972 Suzuki GT380 I had charge of it for a year in 1973 while my friend was deployed and learned to love street riding....
New CB450 K7 after my friend returned...
New CB750 K5 Planet Blue, demise by ex cousin in law at 9,000 miles...
New CB750 K6 Anteres Red, to replace the totaled K5, I sold this K6 at 45k in 1983, I had heavily modified it, many great memories on it and have missed it greatly.....

Got a few more thinks hooked up today. Need to get a battery and some fuel line. Got a handful of nuts and bolts coming from Partzilla.

Read all the threads about breather hoses. Just want to verify for my K2. The cylinder head cover and top nipple on the oil tank are vented to the atmosphere. Were they originally T’d together? What is the best way to route them? The bottom nipple on the oil tank (overflow?) is connected to the rear nipple on the crankcase.

Has anyone found suitable hoses at NAPA? I fitted a hose between the oil tank and crankcase, but need to find something that fits the cylinder head cover and top oil tank vent (~12mm). Also looking for fuel lines (5.5mm) and overflow lines (3.5mm) today.

The PO had the frame powder coated and the VIN tag was missing. I ordered a replacement and got it installed today. The rivets are about 1.8mm wide. A 1/16" drill bit is about 1.5, so it worked well. I formed the tag around a piece of pipe to get a curve in it. Recommend drilling the first hole and installing the rivet, then drill the second hole and install the second rivet.

Yep, that's just how mine looks. ;)
I get fuel line from Honda as it fits right and lasts long. However, for the fuel line there is a polyethylene type (I think from Motion Pro?) that is hard to get, but makes better fuel line if you have to remove/reinstall the tank very often.

Tygon gets stiff due to UV if I recall correctly.
