Starter Clutch Gear Sleeve

Hello,
 has anyone ever replaced the sleeve of the starter clutch gear? It's a steel sleeve with bronze backed and I just did a quick search on MacMasters and couldn't find anything. I don't want to buy a complete gear just the sleeve. Anyone has a source for this part?

 Honda doesn't show it separately. Maybe it's available by size.
