Wouls yes it can but only by a specialist
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

Take it off the bike, clean it out, fill it up with water and put it in your freezer.  When the water expands it should put the dent out a little bit.  Thaw it out and refill it and try it again.  Don't get in a hurry it might take several attempts and still might need a bit of help.

I did this to a CB750-K tank and got 3/4s of the dent out.  Still had to tact couple of studs and use a slide hammer to get it real smooth.

Good Luck, Bud...

The water and freezing technique is not always advisable. Dents may partially pop out but seams may burst as well. Ask a paintless dent removal shop.

I had some luck with the glue on studs and puller. I'd be wary of freezing and compressed air, it can spread the tank open over the tunnel.

Best and safest bet is a PDR specialist that does motorcycles. It will cost you but its the best course of action to have it done right.
All you gotta do is do what you gotta do.

Nopes, bike hasn't run in 30 years. It is the skill and equipment of the owner at play here :)

I purchased a diy dent puller kit recently and also had success pulling dents out with the glue on studs but the one from OP looks decently big. Think there’s a good chance of pulling it out just not gonna look perfect.

I removed the big dents in my 750F tank when it fell off a table with this pin welder from Harbor Freight: https://www.harborfreight.com/welding/welders/stud-welder-dent-repair-kit-61433.html

It's easy to use and costs about $100.

Here is the dented tank and then the tank with the dents mostly out and some light filler to deal with the small amount of dent left, then the primed tank.

Manelord Dent Puller - Dent Remover with T bar Dent Puller and Upgraded Dent Puller Tabs for Car Dent Repair and Metal Surface Dent Removal https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082B3DKMS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_F90GVBS6HHNBCBVX7QQ9?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

I believe that Harbor Freight sells a version also.

These hot glue dent pullers work decently.
It takes a while because you’ll have to clean off the glue after each pull attempt. Isopropyl alcohol works well to remove hot glue and speed up the process. Keep surfaces clean to ensure a good bond when applying hot glue. Degreaser/cleaner and tack rags help massively.

Rounds and edges are difficult to pull (Bondo is your friend here), but you’ll get the majority of major flat areas.

LOL!  Yea.  I had a 450 back in 74 and rode it a lot.  I went through quite a few wind up watches because the vibration would trash them.  I even had the small screws in my eyeglasses work their way out when I put my glasses in the duffle bag on one long trip.  Loved that bike though.  It had Hooker 2-1 exhaust and had a whole load of torque.  Very fun bike!
