That is the first printing of the owners handbook so correct for a 71 K0 and identical to mine

I have the 71 edition 313231 and the 72 313232. The 72 version has a big K1 printed on the back. The 72 version has a different UK wiring diagram with the additional lights ON/OFF switch. Sold another 72 copy a few weeks ago and it only went for £18 ($25). Thought it would go for more.

But... is there any difference in content between the 313231 and 313232? I have a 313232 here on my desk and the photo on p.7 shows the CB500(K0) seat pattern...
Mine came with no less than 4 different wiring diagrams: U.S.A type, U.K. type, ED type and GENERAL type.

Yes, there are differences, though they may not matter to you. I think the K0 and K1 had the same seat cover pattern. Regardless, The tail light, seat lock and latch, lack of a document holder under the seat, and the front reflectors are all as appears on a K0. I haven't found anything different in the text yet.

How about the engine serial number in the photo on p.5. In my 313232 it begins with '2'. ;)
