550 Coneeng Exhaust Parts Plans

Putting plans together for a proper 4-2 exhaust on my 550. I will be buying some things from coneeng and I need input on how everything will go together. Looking for "stock" power figures and torque curve, don't want to lose too much hp down low.
Firstly the new mufflers are reverse cone ebay items, already purchased.

15" long, 47mm intake, 44mm exit, came with reducers. Straight through with perforated walls.

Next I'm deciding between collectors, I need to keep my sidestand and centerstand also. Should the collector come before a midpipe that goes to the muffler? Or can I have the collector go directly to the muffler with slip extensions on the headers. I'm thinking for my sidestand i'll need header extensions similar to my old jardine slip ons, see crude drawing attached lol.

For pipe inserts, should I add washers to the inside of the headers, lolipop style for back pressure? We have a mig flux welder but I am inexperienced. Also thinking of adding packing to the muffler or a core for a bit of extra silencing and pressure.

Most members stock 550's averaged around 35 ish petrol ponies.
The firing order of the old hondas means the pulses for 1 and 4 sync evenly.  So criss crossing the header collector is a bit of a stretch.
Cone engineering has most of the right sized 2-1 collectors.  I think 1-1/8" was their smallest stainless part.  Mild steel got closer to the recommended 1" diameter.
