K0 Side Cover Badges-Colour?
« on: February 21, 2022, 09:41:38 AM »
I'm about to be K0'd again, a red one this time. I have a pair of black side cover badges. Can anyone tell me what body colours used the black ones?
Thanks,
Cliff.

 Be a rebel. Lol. I was thinking black went with gold but now I need to go out and look. Edit;
 OK, black emblems on gold, gold emblems on red and blue/green.

  And like we say, pics or it didn't happen!

The restore project flu is a tricky one when finally bitten by the bug.
I do not know any cure except for just doing it.

Some get rich breaking up and selling nice bikes in parts, others get poor restoring rusted unloved bikes that you should break apart with those parts.

I'm poor.

  I always told my brother the same thing, we buy parts bikes and then buy the parts to fix them.

A complete running bike in need of some outer refreshments only will be cheaper than taking a similar bike apart, notice that lots of work and parts is needed since its not good enough to assemble. Engine is such thing.

When a few parts are new, the rest look awful.

So true! I have a K7 that my friend Gary and I bought when we were restoring our 2 X K8’s. We did it too and spent 2 X what it is worth........
