Rough value on parts bike cb650

what would you all give for a no title CB 650 81 model.
tins on seat bad. motor supposed to run good with no papers?
i really just want if for the motor and carbs

That's kinda what I'm thinking but the guy wants 600 for it. Unfortunately it's the first SOHC 650 under 1000 I've seen around my local area on a few years.

A used motor and VB44A or VB44C carbs from eBay would cost that much including shipping. If that's what you're looking for, scoop it up but understand the risk of buying a motor of unknown condition. Carbs would have to be fully broken down and rebuilt, but that's all very doable.
