Front Wheel Fitment
« on: April 25, 2022, 06:42:25 PM »
Thanks in advance, I’ve checked the clymers manual and the Honda service manual but I still can’t figure out what I’m missing from my front wheel installation. There seems to be a gap that shouldn’t be there. Any help would be great.

The hex on the axle nut is supposed to go on the inside of the fork leg, not the outside. The axle fits inside the nut when it's tightened, but it can't with the nut reversed, which is why the head of the axle bolt sticks out so far on the other side.
Don't fix it if it ain't broke!
