Horn Mounting Bracket?
« on: May 03, 2022, 08:17:04 PM »
Sorry for this silly noob question but I'm trying to remember what this bracket is for and looking back at pics/vids of before disassembly , the only thing I can think of it being for is mounting the horn. Is that correct? Is it JUST for mounting one thing or several?
Thankful for everyone on this forum. Grateful to continue to learn so much.

Looks like the horn mounting bracket to me. If I recall, it also is the mount for the wire tachometer cable holder

You can't see the bracket with these pictures but you can see the horn and the chrome tach cable stay loop hanging in place.

The horn mounts there. If you make a bracket for a horn to attach there, laminate it using two or three thin pieces of metal.
