Anyone running an Ignitech?
« on: May 05, 2022, 05:51:55 PM »
Wondering how guys are configuring them.

I’ve got a TCIP4 on the way. Going to run it with coil on plugs and sequential ignition instead of wasted spark. Plus, a map sensor for 3d mapping and providing the data for the intake stroke to tell the box when #1 is on the compression stroke (stands in for a cps).
1989 FJ1200, 1983 Yamaha Venture (Vmax conversion), 1985 VF 750F Interceptor, 1982 CB650SC, 1988 Corvette convertible (Z52), 1983 Mustang GT, 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman.Couple more lying around but this is long enough already!

I am using one also, but still building the engine.  Planning on using MAP/TPS as well.
I'll try to let you know once I fire it up, hopefully sometime this summer.

Are you using yours for a complete bike, or a project?  Would appreciate your thoughts if you end up running it before I do.

It's easier to link to the thread than explain it all: http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php/topic,189755.0.html
