Good point Angelo. Rules say it has to have a rear fender  or some covering partially over the wheel if I recall correctly.  A rear tail light of some sort is Definitely  required to be legal in any class. I think Bill mentioned he found that seat at the last minute and just strapped it on. He'll probably dress it up prior to the next event.
