Leaving it as is, might put a protective coating on it (ACF 50 or similar).  But otherwise, I don't think there will be anything other than that :-D

The vapor blasting does have it's own natural satin hue to it  8)

Exactly.  The surface is quite smooth and lets the metal speak for itself.  The magnesium fan had such a "gentle" look to it.  The owner couldn't believe how nice it turned out!

One downside to it is that it shows off flaws in the castings, but NBD!!

Update - shipping the Corvette valve covers tomorrow...

I can't find hardly anyone local who offers vapor blasting, so I was wondering if anyone in the DFW area is interested in my vapor honing services?  I have my cabinet set up and it's giving good results so far, just need to some different parts to get sizing down.
