where can i get 20" front fork springs
« on: July 08, 2022, 05:20:04 PM »
my fork springs measured 19 3/4" and they are sagging on me and unridable. Where do I find springs longer than 486mm? Someone told me to look for sportster springs, any 35mm would work?

edit:

never mind I found them, they dont have cb750 listed for the longer springs on the site but they are there. Ordering the 527mm 35/50 springs.

that is not how it works.  Order by by spring rate based on body weight and weight of bike and intended use.  the length is basically irrelevant.  If there is too much sag, add pre-load spacers.  Your forks should sag a certain amount.  This places the damper in the middle of stroke where it can work with the most efficiency.
If it works good, it looks good...
