anyone has any info on that brand or kit that was offered in the 70s?

never heard of that brand...Winton may be the name of the builder or it is a shop build.  Looks like a one piece body.  Tank and sidecovers look suspiciously like a Tracy, so perhaps tail section is modified from a tracy body.  Where did you find that pic?
If it works good, it looks good...

it was sent to me by seller. I can get the body and the molds to make it...added pictures.

any idea about those shocks, they have oil lines or something running to them?

That bare body looks pretty good to me.  The pic of the complete bike looks out of proportion to me, granted it's not the best photo reproduction.  Fibreglass gas tank is pretty hard to make everyday practical given modern gasoline realities.
If it works good, it looks good...
