Carb sync tool question?
« on: July 04, 2022, 03:57:27 PM »
So I purchased a set of vacuum dial gauge type carb sync tool. Unfortunately, the brass screw-in fittings for the vacuum hoses do not
fit due to clearance issues / interference with the adjoining carb on the # 2 & 3 carb.

what vacuum sync tool fits the 76 Honda CB 750 K6 with no interference issues & works fine AND won’t break the bank? Thanks in advance as always. (I’ll get this bike dead nuts tuned soon. Runs fine but,,,,)

Shorten them to fit? Mine also foul the choke mechanism, so I usually warm the bike up a bit before fitting them.

Common Motor Collective might have something that can help you...  You'd have to ask them if the threads will work for you...

I have also become aware of these...

They might work for you. I believe you would want the 5mm ones...

They make flexible ones I have two sets will dig them out to see who makes them. Can not remember where I got ten 10-15 years ago.
