Hello all

I recently took the front wheel off my 1978 Honda CB750K to see why my speedometer wasn't working, and noticed the wheel axle wasn't very tight, I noticed after a bit of tinkering the spacer between the 2 bearings is missing.  How in the world someone forgets about the spacer when changing bearings is beyond me.  But any ways I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to give me the dimension ideally the ID, the OD, and the length, and I'll just make my own.

thanks in advance.

The original has fingers on the end to keep it centred. I have several, just outside TO. Where are you? I could send you one….. Or measure tomorrow.

I really appreciate the offer, but I don't mind making one at all, I work at a metal shop, I could easily make some tabs to go with the spacer, unless you happened to be from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada :)

If you could give me some dimensions I would be very grateful.  Thanks

Bump. Still waiting for dimensions for a front wheel spacer, if anyone could get them for me I would much appreciate it.  The bike needs to get back on the road!   :D

The only critical dimension is the length, and the tabs aren't necessary; use the axle to center the spacer when assembling. I'll try to measure one tomorrow...

I measured a K7 spacer, which should be the same as the K8:
Length 2.936"
ID .605"
OD .857"
Don't fix it if it ain't broke!

OD 21.7 mm, ID 15.5 mm, OA length 74.5mm. They are an interesting design, but you actually have to bend the tangs at the end to knock the first bearing out. A plain spacer would work just as well.
