Laid out the tires in the sun to soften them. Got the 120/80 one mounted and put air in, and I pinched the tube..........so off again.

This tire is for the rear of this pieced together CB/CLSL350.

I usually hang my tires on a nail on the south side of the shop (black batt ‘n board).the power of the sun on a bright, summer day is amazing. Makes them so much easier to pop on!

Also, I try to make sure some light lubricant is on the rubber, I use window cleaner or similar that doesn’t leave a slick after drying.

Cliff….. I get that. When my wife destroyed her heel I found it pretty hard to get down to the shop. I did manage to complete a few “kitchen table” size projects….
