CB500K3 Top end noise

Any idea what is causing the "ringing" sound? Please see video attached.

I don't hear much alarming soundwise. Maybe your tappets are a bit on the wide side. IN should be 0,05mm and EX 0,08, but 0,10mm for the latter is also OK. Do you know how to adjust them?
You may check oil arrives sufficiently up there. Remove a tappet cover and have the engine idle. When it spits oil out at you, it's OK.

I agree. I don't hear anything alarming.  Might be able to reduce some of the gear clack with a good tune up and carb balance, though.
