Although the swing arm bushings, dust seals, and collars are no longer being produced by Honda, I've managed to find some alternatives online.
Some reproduction steel bushings can be found on eBay that reference the OEM part number for the 82' CB650SC and even a normal '82 CB650.

There's also a collection of used collars and dust seals on eBay that are still in decent condition. I know the clearances are very important but what would be considered an acceptable amount of wear for something like the collar.
i.e.
Collar measures 23.51 mm in the center and measures 23.39 mm at the smallest diameters on one of the ends.

Also, the later CB models have the single grease fitting in the middle of the swing arm rather than on the ends. I've seen some mixed responses on what the procedure is for properly greasing these swing arms. I've read that you need pressure up to 150 psi to properly distribute the grease throughout the swing arm housing and I've also read that you should trim grooves into the collar in order to help distribute the grease better.
I've also read that a brass bushing is better to use rather than the OEM style steel bushings but I have yet to find a brass bushing for this bike and going to a local machinist to make one is out of the question.
