That looks like an IRC or Bridgestone rear tire on the bike in the top picture.

Maybe not the answer you look for.
CB750 stock rear rim (2.15"-18) has more or less only one tire size that will match with OK wear and handling during its total life, 4.0-18.

Wider tire as 120/90-18 or 130/80-18 will get a bad wear, flatter earlier (4500km), causing really bad handling while still much rubber is left.
Rear wobble when leaning bike just a little. Or when crossing white centerlines on the road.
I have tried several tires.

Bad handling can start as early as after 3500 km. Total life 5000-6000 km.

I changed a tire a few days ago due to its extra scary handling,  rubber left for at least another 1500 km. (That tire model was a really good tire in stock size for stock rim.)

120/80-18 that should fit my 3.0" wide rim according to a tire vs rim chart.
Now 130/80-18 that hopefully will wear better.

Photos:
Here my new 130/80-18 tire on 3" alu rim.

It look slimmer than your photo. Maybe that tire is a 130/90-18 tire.
140 will not allow stock chain guard.

EDIT:
I used Metzeler ME99  130/80-18 on stock rim in the 80's when it should be wide.
Yes, tire became flat but bike mostly used for long touring in Europe. 5000-6000 km trips.

I have not tried 110/90-18.
The profile and outer measurents differ between diferent tire manufacturers too.
4.0 shape work fine.

Maybe someone else has tried?
Handling OK during the entire life without surprise wobble when it has got wear, flat surface.

I was surprised by Metzeler Roadtec 01 in size 120/90-18 on stock rim.
It was rather flat but no bad surprises despite worn. Used into its end. I was always worried when riding in long sweeping curves  leaning some after 160kmh.

Same tire but 120/80-18 on 3.0" rim was worst ever at around 4000 km.
It was mostly stable but had bad  sudden sideways surprises on  slightly bumpy roads.
Same tire in 4.0-18 on stock rim, best ever! ;)

The earlier tires I had used like Metzeler Lasertec and Dunlop Streetsmart in size 120/90-18 got bad handling when 25-30% left. After around 3000-3500 km.

Dunlop Streetsmart 4.0-18 OK though

I searched for 130/90-18 tires. No street tires found.

A fat rear tire can be 140/90 on a Henry Abe rear 16" wheel.
I investigated before after I have seen Terrys bike.  ;D
I have a new HA wheel on the shelf.....

im experimenting with tire sizes on my black bike currently, ran a 130 rear and went to a 120 rear instead on my rear.

That looks like a 17” rim to me too. Off a K7/8? Those bikes came with a larger Dunlop.

That tire looks much fatter than a 4.00 x 18.

It can be a wider K7 17" rim.
130/90-17 is the tire when searching.
