Bought some 4into1.com tubes and they were punctured from INSIDE the tire fairly quickly. Once with a pinhole tear near the valve stem and the second time a worn spot on the tube from inside the rim. I then went with J&P cycle and had success. I got the following:

Front: TWIN POWER TUBE 3.25/3.50-19

Rear: TWIN POWER TUBE 4.00/4.50-18

They hold air for the last two months no issues!

The Michelin tubes are rubbish IMHO. I've been through two sets and after two weeks tops they needed air. Now I have a set of Heidenau tubes and they are no better, two weeks tops. Very annoying!
71 or thereabouts 750 K1 - this one should have been put down

I like to have some when it is so easy to pinch during assembly.
Not inflate tube a little making it round before using the irons will pinch the tube, 100% sure.
Learned the hard way. ;)

2 words: water, soap. ;)
Makes nice shiny rims afterward, too! :D

Never really thought about it but I've noticed some tires hold air better than others.

Amazon sells Michelin tubes...

Holy cow!
I got the tubes today. The rear one looks like a bald tire! I've never seen a tube so thick as this one. The front one seems like the old heavy-duty ones my shop sold in the 1970s for the dirtbikers who always ran like 10 PSI in the rear tire so it would grip in the dirt better. I'll report back when I've had time to install them. Got 2 bikes and 2 engines apart in the garage at the moment with another coming tomorrow, a little short on space.

Are they the 4mm Michelin ones? I've used them on enduro bikes successfully for years. Never thought of trying them on a road bike, I just use normal Michelin ones for those. One other useful thing about the 4mm ones is that due to their thickness it is very difficult to pinch them when fitting.

They're 4mm thick? What, like 'thorn proof' bicycle tires ? Those heavy tubes create a Lot of un-sprung rolling weight and it will put a drag on your quick acceleration.. unless you're a touring rider:more flywheel weight.
I would like to find a standard weight tube made out of quality material.
Does Bridgestone still make theirs in Japan ?

The thicker tubes can be reused with next tire, right?
(If replacing within a year)

Tubes I have
Std street Michelin tubes are 1.5mm thick - 19MF, 18MG.
2.2mm - 19MER, 18MFR

A bunch of 130/80-18 tubes incoming. Good discount on them, probably 1.5mm thick.

I have also a pair of Ultra Heavy Duty. Not Michelin UHD.
Razorback Ultra Heavy Duty 4.0mm. For stock rear 4.0-18.
I 'll see when I use them.
I hope shelf life is long.

The 2.2mm thick tubes are not that heavy and not tricky to assemble.

I have not had any problems with Michelin tubes, only my fault pinching them.

One front wheel got a quicker leak almost flat 1 year after. I saw the marks when replacing it.
Matched my tire irons exactly, like a viper bite after the corners ;)
I grinded the irons in a rounder shape after that.

Yeah, they seem to be dirt-bike tires?
But then, Colorado's hiways, under the miserable State administrations of the last 12 years, feel like dirt roads - so, maybe they are a good fit?
I'll find out...

I've been using a short-stroke bicycle hand pump('pocket rocket' brand  :) )when my tires need a few pounds replaced,I can take it with me if I'm on a journey.
I check the cold tire pressure in the morning and add about 2+Psi about every week(especially when it cools-off at night)or two;good maintenance, plus it keeps the tires from running just a little low and developing a 'wear pattern' on these "roads" we have out here..  ::)

I grinded the irons in a rounder shape after that.

I had my favorite pair of curved tire levers polished on the ends also.
I like when they smoothly slide the old tire beads off and the new tires slip(I also use a special tire bead lube)right on;less chance of pinching the tubes.
The steel is hardened so it took a small, light bit of careful, precision grinding to only remove the casting marks to create a smooth, uniform surface at the tip, then nice polishing;this makes a big difference.  ;)

+3 Polish the irons is the right way.
I'll polish mine a little bit more for smoother contact. Remove most of the casting uneven surface needed som work. More can be done.

Got another package yesterday. They had good price,  around $13US each. Need more bike season and tires! ;D

Seller in Sweden, www.xlmoto.se
But I think they ship from Europe somewhere.
Cant find that hose now. Ordered a month ago. They were out of stock and shipped later.

I have seen that they sell tubes for a better price now and then.

I'm not sure if this guarantee made in France.
I could not see anything on tube that might have a small text somewhere.
