Topic: 350f tank on 550k

Has anyone tried this combo? I need a tank for a 550 and know that most 70's Jap tanks will fit with slight modifications. I haven't made a seat so I can adapt it to a tank but am not sure if a 350f will be wide enough or clear the carbs/engine. Other options that fit in a 550 would be appreciated as well.

I haven't done it, but I think the 350F tank is shorter and may have a narrower tunnel. Dunno about petcock/interference with carbs/etc. But... the CB500T tank has a similar look (knee indents) and I've seen those on 550s -- dunno what mods it would take but probably closer to the 550 size.
