wanna paint most of my engine including the cylinder...im looking for highest possible gloss...shud i go with enamel or heat resistant paint(lacquer)??what are the pros and cons of each...thanks for help

Clean it, use zinc chromate primer, and paint whatever decent paint you like..
I have never been able to burn of normal paint off an aluminun cylinder head...
