Brain fart

I thought I sold the stock switches but I did not.

I also have the Master cylinder my Brother sent me. It need to be stripped and possible a bolt repair on the cover.

But ya I dig it. Not liking the gap between the Master cylinder and the switch housing but the wires coming out of the switch housing are in the way. Not a huge deal.

No need to shorten the bars they actually worked out perfectly the way they are.

Pretty stoked.

Dug through the garage and came up with another Master cylinder that was given to me. This one is notched for the wires. Much better and is good to go.

Used Chatgpt to mock up my concept for my bike. 1978 cb750

My bars and sissy bar are different but color scheme is on. I am also doing black and silver forwards.

I dig the concept.

My brother works at a automotive parts supply shop. He is gonna check out if he can mix me a few spray bombs in satin black and hot rod red. Gonna do all the painting myself. I hate painting but I am broke ass and it will save me a ton of money.

I painted both my bikes with spray cans, and they both turned pretty nice (to me anyway).

Patience is the key, learn about painting from youtube.

Keep in mind that sanding/prep work, and cleanliness is about 90% of the job.

Thank you for this input. I am definitely going to have to do a bit of research to make sure I can pull this off. The temperature has to warm up yet a good bit anyway, so I have time to figure it out.

Definitely read a few rattle can labels for temp and humidity requirements, second coat wait times, etc.
That's going to be a muscle bike by the looks of the AI rendering.

The goal is a throw back to a 70's swingarm chopper but with a hot rod/ muscle bike twist.
