The oil hose leaking at the tank is VERY common on the 750K7/8 bikes (and F2/3). It seems to be related to the extra kink angle of the smaller oil tank where the hose must bend a bit to make its trip to the engine. When the rubber gets aged, it cracks at the crimp fitting, then weeps down the braided cover to drip off the engine-side fitting. While the F0/1 does it, too, it is slightly less of an angle in that frame, so it takes longer for the hose to crack, or it occurs after the oil tank gets removed and reinstalled (usually for engine R&R).
