Several in there I would take a pass on. Any that should have been on the list that didn't make the writers cut ?  How about a Black Bomber Steve, There pretty impressive and were a little ahead of their time.

No CB350?

List fails.

Hey Eric...yes, agree the CB450 should be on there and NOT the Honda Elite or Grom, I dont consider them motorcycles.

What I do agree on:

CB750
Goldwing
CR250
Supercub [iconic, but is it a motorcycle?]
V45
CBR1000
CBX
[And maybe the Rebel 250?]

That would be my list

They missed the early scramblers CL 72 &  CL77 (250 & 305) .Plus where is the Super Hawk? It was the early Honda scrambler CL 250 that gave birth to the Baja races!

The Pacific Coast doesn't belong there. I had to work on one for a friend and what a nightmare. You can't do anything until you strip the bodywork off. I had to replace the steering stem bearings. I've never seen so much different hardware on a Honda and I've worked on a lot of different models. It's also underpowered for it's weight with a 800cc Shadow motor for power.
To be honest the Pacific Coast is just a giant scooter.

Dump the Grom for an old CT70 or Z50. I fondly remember back in the day always seeing CT70's strapped on the back of camping trailers ,motor homes and other things. Sure a few kids cut their teeth on them also.A neighbor has a nice collection of 3 of them he has restored. He's looking for one more color still but the price of those has become quite strong now.

Me too, I stole (recovered) that turd out of a failed shipper's garage and couldn't figure out how to tie it down so I rode it 35 miles home while expecting to meet the police at some point.

Add the CB450 and maybe the V65. And Goldwing is pretty generic, there were a lot of them, from the 75-muscle bike to the couch on wheels.

Wow, this one misses all my marks!
CB/CL72/77, Black Bomber (surprise to many Triumph riders!), CB/CL350 (one of the most successful bikes in history), the Big Four, the CB350F ("Nah, nah, na-nah, nah - look what we can do!), the CBX (the last word in bike techno-demonstration for the last century, "just because we can"), the [1980-82] GoldWing, and the V45/65 platform that scares more riders into selling them than keep them!

I've also thought the CT70 was just pure genius in street-legal trim: during the Gas Crisis of the 1970s they were on the road more than any other bikes where I lived then.
See SOHC4shop@gmail.com for info about the gadgets I make for these bikes.

Agree the CL and CB series of the 305, 250, 160, models was what every kid wanted back in my day. Still keep this one on hand as a reminder...

Beautiful! I am amazed you still have those great, crackling pipes! Those, and the ones on the CL72/77 were only bested (in sound) by the HM300 pipes, IMHO.

HM
The pipes are fitted with an original set of Snuf N Nots.  The were about a $1.50 a set when this bike was new.  I will not admit, even under extreme duress, what I had to pay for a set when bringing this one back.  Of course a lot of guys back then made them out of fender washers, $1.50 could buy a lot of gas in 1965,,,,,
