Really nice looking bike.  Mine's a '66 (or 67) N15CS I got in a pile and it's now in the last 10% fun time of the build, I just went stockish, found some NOS .040 over low comp pistons and had the spigots milled off since I had a good cylinder head from a later model.  My spigot cylinder head had stripped exhaust threads so it seemed the right way forward and has worked out, it's back together and spinning nicely with reground crank, cylinder head refreshed etc.

I got a Tri Spark with some parts, won't work on my bike as it's wrong direction. Maybe someone will want it, appears new but who knows. I have heard the instructions are lacking.  I have a new Wassell unit and a special housing, and new coil.  I didn't feel like shelling out 2x the $ for a mag rebuild, regardless how 'cool' it is.  I hope I'm up to the task of getting it sorted, will see in a couple months when I have time.

I joke with the owner about making a tank holater for a flask, a cigar, and the exhaust spanner
Those threaded exhaust flanges are a chore.

Had to google the N15 - thats a sweet ride.  Neat story about 3 brands making one machine
Surprised the p.o. tossed in a tri spark at all.  Does your tachometer drive off the side of the cam chest too?

It wasn't from the original bike seller, a different fellow I met at a show sold me the disc front end which I adapted to the N15 and threw in a bunch of spares. My tach is off the cam yes.

Here's pics of my original pile of parts that I got for beer money, basically a complete torn apart low mileage bike, and how it sits now nearing completion.
