Topic: Regulator question

Installing the regulator, FSM wiring diagram shows;
black wire plugged to the 'I' connecter
green wire plugged to the 'E' connector
white wire plugged to the 'F' connector

My regulator has the sticker on one side, but unless I'm mistaken, the sticker is upside down. I don't want to connect it wrong and ruin the regulator. Should I go by the connector markings and the wiring diagram or the sticker. Pictures below - the regulator is flipped over.

I believe someone has taken the cover off and put it back on the wrong way around

+1. The printed info is usually on the terminal side.

Thanks, I removed the cover and in the process of cleaning it so it's a little more presentable.
