Hondamatic wheel compatible with normal sohc?

I'm in the market for a rear wheel for a custom build and have found that the hondamatic wheel is 17" with an aluminum rim. Pretty cool. I already have everything else, such as the brake, the sprocket carrier, axle, etc. I'm wondering if anyone knows if I can use this stuff with this hub. I would assume so given it is still an sohc 750.

Yes the A hub is the same part numbers as the K hub.

Both my wheels are from a Hondamatic. I think they improve the look of the bike substantially.

Agreed. I only wish it was an 18. I may go for it though.
