I used my Morgan Carbtune for the first time today and can only praise the Lil bugger. When cutting the hoses and dampers, I ran a tiny wire thru the damper to be certain there wasn't a burr. I also color coded the hoses with a dab of model paint on both ends, to ease the identification process. The only flaw i saw in the system is that 2 of the 5 mm adapters should be long enough to be able to screw them in and out by hand, I had to cheat and do the "no no" of using a screwdriver as the threads were too hard to turn with a hose, and the angle is incorrect to use a ball point pen.

I have a old JC Whitney set of gauges, albeit 25 years old, and there is absolutely no comparison..spend the extra $50. I also got the carrying pouch, which is a waste of money as one has to remove the hoses to get things to fit. the bottom line, the carbtune makes synchronising carbs a 10 minute job, if that long.
