usually when honda ran two wires (or more) from one wire, they used a multi female  plug surrounded by a clear plastic covering...
looks buggered to me...

Green red should be starter safety circuit and should not connect to yellow red which is starter solenoid or starter button depending on year so i would hazard guess its been buggered about with to bypass starter safety circuit, and not that well either.
Honda do do that sort of connection in the loom for ground(green) and sometimes power(black) but its much tidier

Definitely not original honda parts or connections. See the black electrical tape? That is the sign along with the black box.

BTW.  When asking for help like this please include full information of what "750" you are asking about so there's no question needed to be asked of you

That is a factory crimp connection as used in the stock harness, usually wrapped in electrical tape. ;) The "black box" is a diode, which replaced the Starter Motor Safety Unit starting in '77. The yellow/red and green/red wires connect to the small wires on the starter solenoid.

Yes, that is a standard from the factory Honda crimp. But, you can buy those crimps anywhere, so someone may have replaced / repaired it in the past. .
Trust me I'm a Nurse, I promise it won't hurt....much

I'm with you. I've never seen any wiring that looked like that on any of the Honda CBs I've owned.
