How to check vin

I know this forum is for soch4 bikes, but this bunch has the most knowledge of any motorcycle forum I’ve ever used. I need to verify a frame and engine number for a Honda CB450. Does anyone have a website or link that I could input the numbers and get the year of the bike? Many thanks in advance!!

Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).
