R4 vs. R5 Cam

Can someone tell me the difference between an R4 and a R 5 cam on the CB 750?

Nothing at all its just a casting/machining mark
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

Remember "Its always in the last place you look" COURSE IT IS YOU STOP LOOKIN THEN!

Get those heads/pistons/cylinders/valves cleaned up I will get you the hone wednesday. I expect you will have all this done asap. Order your cam wheels as you cant reassemble it without them.  ::) getting those pistons back in will be a pita.  I can loan you the porting kit it makes cleaning the ports on the heads a 5 minute deal with the die grinder and the fluff wheels.  I also have some long brushes you can use to clean out the fins before you spray.
