replacement screws for points area
« on: February 01, 2023, 05:06:32 AM »
I wanted to start replacing any mangled screws I find with stainless allen screws.
Can someone tell me the sizes of the ones circled?
Should I replace all the screws in here? If so, can you tell me the sizes I need to buy.
Thanks guys.

Those screws are available from vintagecb750.com. I’ve replaced them on all my bikes. A good JIS screwdriver will prevent destroying the head, and there’s no risk of overtightening and stripping out the points plate......

I bought a set of allen screws, but so far I don't need them and so still use the JIS screws. Realise that most pics, even in the Honda Shop Manual do not show all spring washers. This pic does.
