Where to find this part...?
« on: February 02, 2023, 05:40:23 PM »
Hey gang, recently overhauled my stock keihin carbs for my 1974 cb750k model and somehow misplaced my 4 o-rings and washers for the air/fuel mixture screw (pilot). This is the one with the spring underneath it, then down in the hole are the ring and washer. I can't find the part# or even know where to get them. I've come across all the other kits and ring/washer combos (too big) but, these are smaller than any other carb that I've come across.  Anyone who can help with where to get them or *(especially) a part#, man, it would be soooo much help. Thank you, b.

1969-1976 keihin carbs do not have the washer and o-ring, just the spring.
If it works good, it looks good...

Mine has 'em. Maybe my carbs aren't stock but, I pulled them out so I'd like to put some back in if I can just find them.

well either some knuckle head put them where they are not supposed to be or you have incorrect carbs for a 74.  You cant find new ones because they never existed.  Can you post a pic of your carbs?

My bike isn't here... hondaman is actually the one who told me about them being in there. I looked and sure enough, they had one washer and one o-ring each. I just need to know  where to find the washer and o-ring

I second what Sean has said about 750 round top carbs never having those parts. Grab a picture of those carbs when you can and or look for casting numbers.

I also don't know what parts you are referring to, but did you see if they are available in a carb rebuild kit?
You only go around once in life so it might as well be on a motorcycle.
