It may be a stock seat pan but otherwise, ugly.

nah, I disagree.  That seat is the sex.  Not everybody gets all weak in the knees staring at the stock meatloaf over and over again. 

O.p., read the thread that Steve-O linked.  Basically everything is there to tell if that is original Giuliari or recovered, repro, etc.  Whichever, this stuff has become verrrrry rare...not many care ;)

  I have one that's pretty close to that, no name on mine however, I like them. I can also swap it out for a stock one in a couple minutes. I even have one that's a kind of oxblood brown, I always disliked brown seats but I'm a lot more mellow these days.
