I found the bolt, and it's not only bent, but the threads on the end are mashed from when it was driven out of the frame with a BFH and a punch. :( I think the lesson here is to straighten the bolt first; perhaps the foot-peg bracket could be used, with a bit of added leverage from a pipe "cheater"? ::) Sorry..
