Marzocchi
« on: February 19, 2023, 11:33:38 PM »

I'm rebuilding my Marzocchi AG2 and i need to know how much oil to pour in it. I can't find this information.
I know what kind of oil and how much pressure but not the oil capacity.
Someone know this information?

And figures 8-10...  It looks like these shocks are filled to a certain level, the guts are installed and the excess oil poured out.

I had a pr. of them back in the 80's and mine came with a long sheet of instructions included which gave me most of the info. I did finally call their 'tech line' and they helped me do the job. I hope they're still available.

Mine is AG2 model but i think these two models are pretty much the same internally and they seem to have the same sizes. So,i'll follow these instruction!

I landed a set of Marzochhi triple trees for 38mm fork tubes. I think they're off a Penton, at least the ones on ebay that look the same are.
